The Guide to Warnings

Okay, we will post up the guide to warning in order to avoid confusion like “Why is my warning level low?” Hahaha, that is because you made an offense.

Warnings? What are they for?

Warnings are for the offense you have made that has been given to you by the Seitokai Members. Your warning depends on how heavy your violations are. The Seitokai Members discuss briefly if you will have a warning or not. Below are the number of warning and sanctions that you need to do in order for your warning level not to go down:

The Number of Offenses and Corresponding Sanctions:

1ST OFFENSE: (Small Offenses)
- PM from a Seitokai Member

2ND OFFENSE:
- PM from a Seitokai Member
- Deduction of Warning Level

3RD OFFENSE:
- A PM of Apology
- Deduction of Warning Level

- Placed Under Strict Disciplinary Probation

4TH OFFENSE:
- A PM of Apology
- Deduction of Warning Level

5th OFFENSE:
- Temporary Banned (Time will be determined according to how deep is the violation)

- Banned For Life

As you can see, you can have a maximum of Six (6) Warnings. Small offenses like accidental double post and signature problems may result to PMs from a Seitokai Member. But once you reach the offense of Posting something not allowed, you’ll have the 2nd offense. Now you understand? ^_^

Are the decisions of the Seitokai Members final?
Yup! Like they say, “The decision of the judges’ are always final” except we’re not judges. Smile

Can I contest the decision of a Seitokai Member in giving me warnings?
Of course you can! What do you think? No democracy? Seitokai Members are ready to listen to what you say and what you think. We are born listeners! Very Happy

We don’t want to give out unnecessary warnings without necessary offenses!
