Yui Hirasawa (K-On!) vs. Mato Kuroi (Black★Rock Shooter)

Both are great friends to be with. Helpful, loyal, bold, and funny at sometimes. Yui Hirasawa and Mato Kuroi battles out with everything they’ve got in the name of friendship. Yui and Mato are protagonists of different Anime but the same concept and that is all about how friends should teach each other. While Yui has this ordinary high school life with her new band mates, Mato has this extra-ordinary high school life as Black Rock Shooter.

An amateur guitar player yet plays very professional. A clueless person yet gets high grades in tests when she gets serious. Allergic to air condition, immune to heat strokes. This is Yui Hirasawa (平沢 結い), your amateur and professional lead guitarist of Sakuragaoka High music club, Houkago Tea Time. She never fails her friends even if she’s at her limit, except when it is very hot or cold, but she will never fail you, too. Her nonsense acts suits her best when you are lonely or sad, making you laugh will be her job and her sweet and touching words will sting your heart and comfort you ‘till you’re okay. She is the best image of a friend and the best one you’ll get. She may be silly but she’s unexpectedly warm and cuddly.

A hero in an another dimension and a great friend in our dimension. Mato Kuroi (黒い 的) will save you when you’re possessed by some evil wicked soul. As Black Rock Shooter in the other dimension, she saved her friend from the possession of Black Gold Saw. It may look like she has abandoned you when you see her speaking with other people but remember this, she’ll never forget and she values you like her heart, or even more precious than that. If you find yourself missing, she will search for you until the end of the world, or even at another dimension. You may turn into an evil wicked-sick fighter who despises her, she’ll save you and change your stars and be back to normal. Be it wherever, she’ll be with you and have fun with you in anyway.

Haruhi Suzumiya (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu) vs. Konata Izumi (Lucky★Star)


Cosplay or Anime? Both are examples of being an Otaku. Haruhi Suzumiya and konata Izumi have the same seiyuu and have their own dance theme, but whom do you prefer better, the cosplayer or the anime addict? Suzumiya dance routine or Izumi cheerdance? Of course, if you mastered both the n you must’ve loved them both.

The “Black God”, Haruhi Suzumiya （涼宮 ハルヒ）, triggers calamities in our own world but her love for dressing up, like she said, 「これ わ 燃え 何だから！！」”These are turn-ons!”, over powers her unrealized powers as a God. Her love for dressing up with their Haruhi-proclaimed club mascot made her famous especially when they created a huge ruckus over handing out flyers in bunny girl suits at North High Front Gate. Also, her 「SOS 団」danced their ending theme in full version that made her and her anime very famous. Only “God Knows” what she’s planning for the future of our world or even she does not care for it. If you think about it clearly, the world may have just started yesterday or even earlier today. Why you ask? Don’t ask me, ask Haruhi because she’s the one who decides whether to re-create the world we’re currently living in or destroy it make a new one from scratch.

A gamer, an anime addict, 100% Otaku, Konata Izumi （泉 こなた） represents the name of the Otakus. Also, with her cosplaying as Haruhi, she becomes popular among anime addicts, which named her as “Haruhi Suzumiya Version 3” (Haruhi Suzumiya Version 2 is the altered Haruhi Suzumiya in the other dimension). She’s small, blue-headed and mole-eyed teen whom you would mistake as a 10-year-old. Not wanting to be beaten by Haruhi, she also have their own cheer dancing theme but she is also a big fan of Haruhi’s. “Legendary Shoujo A” proclaimed by many shop owners around her, she was the oh-so famous Otaku who’ll buy anything that interests her especially when she’s got the ammo! But if she is short of 3 yen, whatever she bought, she’ll ask the cashier to return it where she got it and leave empty handed but still with that cat-smile she always carries.
